📅 Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable $0 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The exact location address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment once your deposit has been submitted.
⏰ Late Policy
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
📍 Location Details
The salon is located in a private suite. The address will be shared via text or email 24 hours before your appointment for safety and privacy purposes.
Please check your messages the day before to ensure you receive all instructions and arrival details.
💧 Hair Prep Requirements
To help us serve you efficiently, please arrive with your hair prepared as follows:
Hair must be completely washed before arrival.
Do not apply any oils, leave-in conditioners, or styling products to your hair prior to your appointment.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
🚫 Guest Policy
No extra guests are allowed. Only clients being serviced are permitted in the studio.
No children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
Guests who are not receiving services will be kindly asked to leave.
Darbel Beauty Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Darbel Beauty, your time is valuable—and so is ours. Please review our cancellation policy to avoid any misunderstandings or service interruptions.
⏰ Timeliness Is Key
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed if you're running late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
After 30 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show.
🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Any same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require a full upfront payment for future bookings.
Respect the Time
Please understand that late arrivals impact other clients’ appointments and our scheduling. We strive to give every client the attention and care they deserve—thank you for respecting our time and policies.
