Welcome to Darbel Beauty. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Services
Booking: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Full payment may be required for certain services or promotions.
Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited.
No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before future bookings.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
2. Wig Orders & Custom Units
Processing Time: Ready-to-ship wigs are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom units require 7–14 business days.
Measurements: Clients are responsible for submitting accurate head measurements for custom units. We are not liable for improper fit due to incorrect measurements.
Returns: Due to hygiene standards, wigs and hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once worn, tried on, or altered.
3. Nail & Hair Services
Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or scalp issues prior to their appointment.
Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 24 hours. We do not offer refunds, but will work to correct any issue within reason.
4. Shopping & Online Orders
Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our beauty products and wigs, all sales are final unless defective or incorrect.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, AfterPay (if applicable), and Zelle (in store or by arrangement).
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, photos, service descriptions, and designs, are the property of Darbel Beauty. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other clients.
8. Limitation of Liability
Darbel Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions, damages, or personal losses resulting from the use of our products or services. Clients assume all risks associated with beauty services and product use.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
